Dr. Rao was first ordained as pastor in the West Virginia Church of Christ USA. He joined OCAC by incardination at Easter 2020 to continue his ministry and serving Our Lord. Victor is a medical doctor and lives and works in Telengana, India. Elevated to Bishop - Administrator General in late 2020, Victor is Bishop Adrian's representative in India, he works alongside and co-operates with Bishop Konduri in advancing the work of the church with the particular charism of bringing women to the priesthood. Bishop Victor has authority in OCAC India to ordain and incardinate those seeking to join, as well as administering those in his care.
